Cons:Flight was delayed three times, from 6pm to 8:40pm, and then after we finally boarded the plane we waited on the tarmac for another hour almost, before taking off. No compensation given - they could have at least provided some drink or snacks on the flight! The worst part is that there was very little information or update about the delay and new departure times until almost right before the actually boarding time.

Cons:Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!
