Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.

British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.

My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.

They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.

Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!

Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
