The check in was horrible. They randomly took my bags and charged me more. I won’t fly if I can help it again.

On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.

Did not enjoy this airlines. Charged for things they should not have. No room for comfortable seating. Charges for water!

Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!

This is a ferry, not a.flight. Good staff, comfortable seating, okay food for a ferry. Reserve a window seat in any class for fantastic views.
