The check in was horrible. They randomly took my bags and charged me more. I won’t fly if I can help it again.

On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.

Did not enjoy this airlines. Charged for things they should not have. No room for comfortable seating. Charges for water!

Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!

This is a ferry, not a.flight. Good staff, comfortable seating, okay food for a ferry. Reserve a window seat in any class for fantastic views.

I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
