I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.

Sadly the experience with the airline is worse one ever. Starting from the state of the inside that was filthy that flies was flying around our legs. The food is expensive than a restaurant, imagine a family of 4 spending almost £50 for just sandwich of bread and ham no tomatoes and lettuce in it and a small container of crips that is not up to 20 pieces and a can of coke or Pepsi, and unfortunately that is a person ffour hours pay of work before tax. I know the blame will go to high cost of living but even at that the price is too much.

Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.

Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.

A true budget airline experience. Had issue with luggage tag needed customer service assistance, but there was only 1 agent open for the entire airport. ONE! Almost missed my flight because of that.
