Pros: "The crew was friendly, the food delicious, and the plane itself in highest quality and state-of-the-art."
Pros: "The staff were helpful. The entertainment had good variety. Adjustable head rest was useful."
Cons: "The seat was a little lumpy. More leg room would always be appreciated."
Pros: "Crew was great!"
Cons: "The scone and roll were blah and dry - and so much bread in one meal!!! My seat charger didn’t work :("
Pros: "Excellent airline"
Cons: "The business seats could have been wider. I have sat on business class other airlines and the seat was a bit wider but overall still great experience"
Pros: "The crew was outstanding and the good choices were excellent"
Cons: "The flight was late( not their fault) and there were several technical difficulties with the A/C and entertainment system"
Cons: "I cancelled this flight online, then I called to let them know I was getting emails, but that I had cancelled. For two days I received emails about delayed flights and now this."
Pros: "I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable."
Cons: "There is not much which i did not like about this airline. Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach."
Pros: "Very short flight (43 minutes) No food, entertainment or beverage service. Staff did not check young children were strapped in prior to take off resulting in a two year old standing on dads lap throughout take off, flight and landing."
Cons: "Lack of importance shown to safety of young children."
Pros: "Everything except the food"
Cons: "The food is atrocious. Even if I have to pay to upgrade my meal, I would..."

Boarding in Madrid was among the worst. Not the worst, but pretty bad. Cabin crew was very professional and friendly, as usual, I might add. Somebody needs to adjust the temperature in the cabin (i.e. too hot) and also the ventilation (there was none until arrival). Entertainment console didn't work (not the first time I have reported this incidence). Overall, TK is still one of my favorite airlines because of Istanbul and the lounge in Istanbul.

The lines to check in both at LAX and coming home from Cairo were ridiculous. Close to 2 hr to check in. I had pre-checked at LAX so I was able to get into a shorter line but it was still over 45 minute wait. In Cairo the travel agent with us was able to get us in the Business Class line but that was over an hour wait. Then in Cairo the plane was delayed over an hour. Missed the connecting flight. The airline gave us a food voucher for a few US chain fast food restaurants and the items that could be ordered we limited to only 2. Had to wait 4-5hrs for the next flight. I get that flights get delayed and its not really anyone's "fault" but the airline has an opportunity to demonstrate that they realize that this is a real inconvenience and step it up a bit.

Pros: "The only good thing was the food."
Cons: "The flight from Karachi to Turkey was two hours late and the flight from Turkey to Houston was again two hours late. The seat was super uncomfortable. The plane was very crowded. Turkish airways need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers."
Pros: "The staff member who checked me in was very friendly"
Cons: "the inflight staff needs to improve their behaviour in dealing with passengers. Some were quite rude. The aircraft seats were extremely cramped. The food selection was quite poor."
Cons: "A very good entertainment and comfortable space between the seat"
Pros: "Being a regular traveler I was blown away and how the staff went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful!!! Great job Turkish Airlines. You got it right!"
Cons: "I was in business class with flat bed seats and it was not as private as with other airlines. The seat was more hard than I expected. But overall it was a great value for a business class ticket"
Pros: "Really good food, good movies, overall nice feel."
Cons: "Chairs are a bit tightly packed, but not too bad."
Pros: "I would recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone. Excellent food and personnel"
Pros: "Service & food Additional goodies"
Cons: "All 5 baggages where delayed and delivered after 5 days. 1 of them is still lost. Turkish Airlines ATL Airport ground staff is never to reach or never answers any calls, mails or notifications."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly. Great entertainment options. The seats were comfortable and fairly spacious. The food was also amazing!"
Cons: "My luggage was ruined due to poor handling."
Pros: "Friendly crew, great access to a variety refreshments, robust entertainment library."
Cons: "No suggestions."
Pros: "Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep"
Cons: "Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight."
Pros: "Planes were on time and connections made."
Cons: "One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better."
Pros: "Just as I expected. And I made my last connection easily."
Pros: "Reasonable space in economy class seats"
Cons: "Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run."
Cons: "KLM was not prepared to get wheel chair passenger off plane. Cost me delay of 1 hour. I will never fly KLM again."
Cons: "Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child."
Pros: "Nice aircraft"
Cons: "Unexpected refueling stop. 2 hr delay Lost connection Reached destination after 18 hr delay"
Pros: "My seat at the window was great and the staff really friendly and courteous!"
Cons: "The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage."

Didn’t like nothing food was bad delay me in all flights

Pros: "Food"
Cons: "There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on."
Pros: "Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served"
Cons: "Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever."
Pros: "The boarding was a pleasant experience and we got to check in our hand luggage."
Cons: "The vegetarian food options were a little strange."
Pros: "The crew was really wonderful. They went the extra mile- pun intended- to make sure me and my family were comfortable. They were especially kind to my daughter. The plane was also great, very clean and well equipped. The 8 hours from Munich to JFK flew by very quickly."
Cons: "Boarding in Frankfurt Germany was horrendous! Waiting in the "extended " part of the terminal was not ventilated. When we finally took the bus to the plane, we waited on the bus more than 15 minutes in 90 degree weather, with the doors open! The crew outside were very rude and dismissive. The crew"
Pros: "no drama ....just good, timely service."
Cons: "The seats are tight and sitting on the aisle is a bit uncomfortable for me but I didn't pay extra for a better location."
Cons: "It was not the same time because one hour and a half delays"
Pros: "This was our return flight back to the US much better then going to Europe!"
Cons: "The only thing i wish all airlines would consider is to give us regular folks more room(space) not just the rich people in business or first class! On a 10+hr flight it is well needed!"
Pros: "Gate crew was friendly."
Cons: "United. Not Lufthansa. The ability to change seats early with United and be a recognized flier and get credit was extremely difficult. Very poor service."

We were diverted from Gibraltar period they did not service a hot meal in first class period there was no power in my seat to charge my phone. The staff did a very good job.

Pros: "the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free."
Cons: "the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value"
Cons: "Cuisine wasn't much in quality and the problem was exacerbated by industrial strike of BA Catering Services company in Lagos on the day in question. I experienced reduced quality, and I did not get value for what I payed for."
Pros: "Crew very helpful"
Cons: "Delay leaving Heathrow because of cargo loading and equipment blocking our pushback. Better coordination of ground activities is needed."
Cons: "Nonexistent leg room. Made me check my carryon bag but did come to reclaim pretty quickly. Couldn’t even get water without a charge."
Pros: "Everything was on time. Attendants were courteous."
Cons: "Food was quite expensive - vegetarian sandwiches were underwhelming. Disabled mother had to stand and wait to get on plane despite being told that she wouldnt have to."
Cons: "One flight attendant was exceedingly rude during the boarding process, but thankfully she was not in our area."
Pros: "Yea the crew members were very polite and nice"
Cons: "There was no charging point in the plane in my returning flight so that was a bit disappointing"
Pros: "The seats were nice"
Cons: "They didn't even offer complementary water,we were on the plane for 2 hours almost. Not friendly if you are pregnant or have kids"
Pros: "American Airlines had awesome customer service, smooth flight, comfortable and seats were roomy for economy."
