We had a fantastic crew, super friendly and very helpful but the actual boarding part of it was terrible. You actually felt like we were going to a Third World country to be honest all the way up to the airport and the way it was split up going in all different kinds of directions and no one knew what they were supposed to do was extremely stressful

I'm flying several times per month in business class. You had the worst food by far from any company I have ever flew with. The Spanish wine was great. I purchased Internet, but it didn't work well for most of the flight.

I liked the crew and boarding, short wait between flight was great. My problem was that the WiFi was not accessible through my phone and on the trip from Britain and Larnaca I didn’t have much entertainment. On my way there I felt that the didn’t give up much food for a 6 hour flight….I didn’t eat much in between flights assuming that they will serve something more substantial than what was served so I was really hungry when I was in Cyprus
