Good hotel overall, comfortable rooms and everything worked. I have stayed here before and have always thought its a great hotel. But I think there are other hotels around there offering same level of comfort and location but they appear to offer better value for their captive audience. Breakfast is a complete rip off and charge for wifi is excessive, in my opinion it should be free. No real complaints but will opt for other hotels next time.

Everything about this Hotel from its own description is exactly what it is. Extremly handy to everything, all the staff were extremly curtious and the whole experience to stay here was amazing. I had seen it was mentioned getting evening meals was not allways easy in this area, we found Audley Street to be really accomadating for all forms dining experiences from breakfast to dinner and a nice 10 minute walk away. If you wish to get the train to Heathrow and have lots of bags it may be wiser to get train from further up Picadilly as it hard to get bags over to nearest train as you have cart it under the underbridge with no escalators available etc etc. Well worth the stay would do it all agin next time.

The hotel is located in a very nice area and only a 5 minute walk to the Bond tube stop. It is also very close to Oxford Street, which is always full of action and shops. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We walked to Buckingham Palace too and it took us about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad.

This is a very nice hotel near Oxford Street. You just walk a few blocks and you are in shopping heaven (Marks & Spencer, Selfridges). The housekeeping people were wonderful. My only complaints are that no one helped us get our very heavy suitcases from the trunk of the hired car to our hotel room. Also, free wifi would be appreciated. 20 pounds for 24 hours is quite steep!
