Cons: "Older plane so the entertainment system was dated and the touch screen didn’t work for me in certain areas, but otherwise it was a great flight. Efficient customs in Minneapolis as well!"

Cons: "Everything was perfect"

Pros: "Crew was amazing. Pilots were attentive to kids and answered questions. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful."
Cons: "They didn't have some of their food options (and they apologized for that up front), but then ran out of the others by the time they got half way through the plane. That was tough for a five hour flight that went through dinner time."
Pros: "Flight crew was very friendly and helpful. The drink package for comfort trip was fantastic and worth it."
Cons: "There was zero entertainment inflight and logging onto Wi-Fi was very difficult. I would rather have had free Wi-Fi and a screen to watch movies/games on rather than or in addition to the drinks."
Pros: "Seat comfortable and amazing crew"
Cons: "Choice of movies somewhat limited"
Pros: "The crew was amazing! They were helpful and professional. Made the flight wonderful. Our stewardess, Brenda Joyce, has great energy. My daughters and I were taking a trip to honor my husband who recently passed and she was phenomenal at keeping our spirits up."
Cons: "Better snacks."
Pros: "Quick flight...ahead of schedule"
Cons: "Cheese It’s are boring...miss the snack mix"

Cons: "Its a flight to WV (my birth place).... it is what it is... smll planes, tight quarters and people who don’t get any of that and are not happy anout any of it"
Cons: "Put in early flight"
Pros: "small and uncomfortable"
Cons: "respectful size seat"
Pros: "Seat was comfortable"
Cons: "Could have been a little cooler- was stuffy"
Pros: "Excellent service in most every respect! Boarding was easy, accommodations were quite ample, food was great, and the entertainment was plentiful."
Cons: "Slight problem with making my seat into a bed, which wasn't fixable. Movies were good, except for the trailers before and after each, which seemed to take forever! Didn't get the seats my wife and originally booked with China Southern/Delta, but the substitution was quite adequate! Problems with checking in on flights, as neither airline seemed to be able to deal with this split ticket! But they tried very hard to make thing up to us, which goes a long way to making us feel like we are valued customers!"
Pros: "Delta Flights are always enjoyable and the staff is always treats you with courtesy"
Cons: "The only thing I don't understand is how the planes are loaded. and this is only a comment and I know you and others carriers have there way of doing things. I just don't understand why you load the first section of the plane first and the back of the plane last, It looks like you would want to load the back and come forward so everyone is not getting hit and stood over while everyone is loading."
Cons: "Crew did not offer me/ another passenger the complimentary drink/ snack. And made a face when I asked for a drink later."
Pros: "Snacks that include a dairy free option like the kind granola bar"
Cons: "We were delayed like crazy."
Cons: "I am very short (5’0”) but there just isnt enough room i cant imagine what a big person feels on a 9 hour overseas flight."
Pros: "The flight from Dallas was on Wednesday the 8th of August. It was scheduled for a 32 minute layover, which turned into a 30 minute layover. My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."
Cons: "Did I mention that he'd taken a Greyhound bus to Dallas from Memphis on Monday the 6th of August? He got to DFW airport on plenty of time for his flight to Scotland. It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area."
Pros: "The flight was very good, no complaints, good service and we flew on schedule"
Cons: "We were split into two boarding groups, one for priority and one for everyone else. This was good but the priority line was just a bit too far away for the announcements to be heard. This added a little bit of confusion. This was at gate B36 at JFK Airport's Terminal 4."
Pros: "That was a treat since I don't expect the option to watch movies on short flights Also, thank you for the healthier snack items- keep moving in that direction please!"
Pros: "On time boarding, quick, friendly staff, extremely helpful"
Cons: "Gate should be bigger to seat all passengers patiently waiting. Was a mess of people sitting all over the floor"
Pros: "Like the smaller contingent of passengers. Boerding a lot quicker and simpler. Captain gave us some interesting details about plane and its capabilities."
Cons: "Exit row seats were were very uncomfortable, very little padding, although there was plenty of legroom. No snacks or entertainment. WiFi did not work."
Pros: "Early arrival"
Cons: "Seats still tight"
Pros: "Everything's good but the company need to improve the menu for vegetarians people"
Cons: "The vegetarian menu was very bad. I really didn't like it and was the same option to L.A. and when I came back tp Australia."
Pros: "At least the flight wasn't cancelled?"
Cons: "Five minutes before the scheduled boarding time, it was announced the flight was delayed by 1 hour 25 minutes. I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand that weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable. My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays."
Pros: "Empty seats, room to spread out"
Pros: "Impeccable as usual"
Cons: "No tv on flight from Seattle to Los Angeles, I felt like I was flying United. That was the only thing that was extremely disappointing"
Cons: "it stink inside the plane, the seats in front of us were dirty and smelled bad!"
Pros: "Gate agents were very helpful and kind"
Cons: "The flight was late. Not a lot of communication as to why."
Cons: "Food in first class was subpar!"
Pros: "ability to book a later flight when I missed my connection through the delta app."
Cons: "Delays, missed a connection, booked a new connection through the app and that one was delayed as well...what was supposed to be a 3.5 hour experience turned into a much longer one. Seats do not accommodate people over 6'2" abiet very poorly."
Cons: "The fact that my flight was delayed for the second time in the past week"
Pros: "Great crew and passengers"
Pros: "Great staff, quick service."
Pros: "My seat was very near the front ...two rows behind comfort class seating (which was mostly empty). WiFi services and entertainment were offered...to those that brought along their own receiving devices."
Cons: "My seat happened to be one row in front of the Exit Aisle Seating rows....I wasn't aware that this meant having to sit straight up the entire time without the chance of reclining my chair back into the Exit Aisle's space. The 2 hour and 13 minute flight time sitting straight up really worked up my sciatic nerve into a flaring frenzy. I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content."
Cons: "Long delay"
Pros: "On time arrival"
Cons: "Crew spent 90% of time on half dozen rows of comfort and virtually ignored the rest Entertainment screen - touch screen was partially non responsive, way to small, and lack choices. Should have option to buy movies, etc. Not just delta, but I don't know why boarding is not done from the back of the plane instead of zone - at least for coach. I think it would be faster."
Cons: "That when ever I try Delta there is a dramatic event that is mishandled and causes my flight to be extremely delayed or canceled. Promised to never take delta. I booked KLM and didn't know delta would be involved. Horrible."
Pros: "Lovely staff"
Cons: "No meal served on a 5 hours flight!"
Pros: "staff was very good."
Cons: "The flight was bought through Virgin Australia and without much notice, the flight was switched to Delta. The seats were amply smaller, amentities were not good (blankets and pillows). Food was terrible and was not as promised when the purchase was made through Virgin. Seats were so bad that my back and butt hurt after a couple hours. I would rather pay a couple hundred dollars more to have a quality flight experience."
Pros: "Great crew, smooth flight"
Cons: "Waiting for luggage in Peoria"
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "The delta comport seats were not comfort seats were hardly comfortable and the leg room wasn't worth paying for."
Pros: "I like the new equipment on ATL - ABQ in first class, comfortable with good new video. Salmon dinner was quite good as well."
Pros: "See above"
Cons: "See abo e"
