Cons: "Crew left something to be desired. Didnt check on anyone or "make the rounds", I had to get up and seek them out. Went almost 12 hours between meals and seemed annoyed when I asked for food"
Cons: "From the check in, to the food and cabin experience is worsened by far. Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. (It’s really unpleasant) It’s. Not worth the money to paid for the experience and services."

The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

The 2 hour flight from London to Prague didn't offer a meal or entertainment. It would be nice if they could offer something more besides a bag of pretzels, maybe a snack pack, and there's enough time for a movie or a couple of TV episodes, or even a nice magazine.
Pros: "We had a long delay that the crew did their best to mitigate while still on the ground in Heathrow, and the Captain invited children to come up and tour the cockpit while we waited! Things like that alleviate any anger and frustration we may have had, and the flight was excellent overall."

Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.
Would have liked the plane to leave on time so I didn’t miss connection upon arrival. Some pathetic excuse as to late departure bought about by easyJet incompetence

Cons: "Bag policy is not clear. We had two guitars so we paid for two bags then i found out there is musical instruments charge which is 50 euro per instrument. It’s a discrimination against musicians. Huge sporting goods fee is cheaper than that. Also there is no phone number to call. I asked about refund at ryan air check in desk and nobody knows what we should do. Ryanair makes it so easy for customers to pay add on fees but they won’t refund you when you pay by mistake. Total non sense."

There wasn't a tray table, the ticket agent had his feet up on the counter....this gives a pretty good general idea of the value Ryanair puts on Customer service."
