All travelers going to Spain, including transit passengers are required to fill out the Health Control Form. The QR code to be obtained once the form has been submitted must be presented at the airport before departure to Spain and on arrival.
Travelers for tourism purposes from the third countries recognized by EU that are listed on this site, are allowed provided that they are fully vaccinated with EMA or WHO approved vaccines. Vaccine should have been administered 14 days after the end of vaccination process before entry to the country.
Visitors from the United Kingdom must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departing to Spain.
Children who are 0-12 years old and individuals who recovered from COVID-19 for the last 180 days are exempt from presenting a negative PCR test prior to arrival in Spain.

Unvaccinated visitors returning from Spain will need to quarantine for 10 days upon entering the United Kingdom.
Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to quarantine.
After 5 days of quarantine at the earliest, travelers can get a PCR or antigen test. If the test is negative, travelers do not need to quarantine further.
Travelers arriving in England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland who have been in the Red Listed countries in the last 10 days are required to book and pay for a Managed Quarantine Package prior to travel. On arrival, they must quarantine for 10 days at a government quarantine hotel and take 2 COVID-19 tests during the quarantine. Travelers going to Wales should follow rules from their designated ports of entry in England or Scotland.
People who were vaccinated in the UK do not have to quarantine.
Submit the form any time in the 48 hours before arriving in the UK. Show the form when checking in your plane, train or ferry to the UK.
All travelers arriving directly to Scotland are required to book their Managed Quarantine Package prior to travel.
