All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

The customer service and the flight experience were very good!

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

Improved communication while boarding. The first bus to taxi from the terminal left without explanation. people were asked to line up to board then not told in a timely manner of any delays.

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).

We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.

3 Flights were late, 1 on time. When you have connections you have to run thru the airport because there is not much time. When asked the flight attendant if they could let us out first because we were 30 minutes late she said it's a small airport, don't worry. That seemed to be the standard line. Other airlines are much more helpful. Our special meals were on our flight going from Boston to Copenhagen, They did not have them for the return even though we had put in for it.

Bathrooms weren’t too clean. Onboard entertainment was light. Other than that everything was great. Food, service, comfort and crew. Although it was hard to understand the crew announcements.

TERRIBLE! Staff was unfriendly, rude, and demeaning. One flight attendant touched me to grab the complimentary blanket off my neck because I couldn't take it home, while a bunch of other people took theirs home. I have never been so ill treated. I am not happy at all. And flight was delayed, no information until short notice for everything. Lost an entire day at my destination. I expect a full refund for that experience. Never will fly with them EVER again

The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am

The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.

Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.

It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....

Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
