Cons: "The plane departed over 2 hrs late and didn't make up any time during the long flight. Most of the other airlines flying long distances make up the time if the departure is delay."

Cons: "The seats are so incredibly small for a long haul flight. Two people must compete for shoulder space, as there simply isn't enough room for both to sit back completely. Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."
Pros: "Everything was OK exept few things"
Cons: "When plane from Vilnius to Warsaw landed, passengers had to wait for 20 min. inside a plane for a bus. When bus arrived I had only 20 min. remaining till my connecting flight to Toronto.I managed to run to the right gate in time. But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very kind and pleasant. Meal service and entertainment were more substantial than expected."
Cons: "Extreme delay supposedly as a result of a lightning strike to the plane. About 9 hours delay and a missed connection. The only compensation given for this dealy was a voucher for a 20 Euro meal at the airport restaurant of my choice. I know planes get hit by lightning on average of once a year, but it typically does not take 3 to 4 hours to inspect and confirm the safety of the plane's electrical system. But perhaps better safe than sorrry!"
Cons: "The crew barely spoke English, only polish and didn’t care about you if you didn’t speak polish. The food was horrible and tasteless. And my suitcase was broken into and my packet of cigarettes was ripped apart and half was stolen"

Cons: "I paid for an exit row and got a regular seat without refund. I will have to fight for that apparently. The plane was very old, dirty, in bad repair. The seat did not decline, the screen of the monitor was cracked, the bathrooms were disaster zones, there was literary nothing on the entertainment program. The passengers were nice though!"

Cons: "It is upsetting when you are not able to check in through the final destination with Air Moldova when you have to change flights. When you have luggage it is even more upsetting."
Cons: "We arrived for our flight 1 hour before the flight. They told us we were late then forced us to check one of our carryons because it weighed over 8 KG. (not too big just weighed too much) and was not a problem carrying on other flight. 10 Euros. We arrived at the gate 30 minutes before take-off and they had not started boarding yet. We were then pulled out of the boarding line and told that we had to pay a late fee of 60 Euros each because we were late. 180 Euros! We had to go back to the cashier counter in the ticket terminal to pay and then again go through customs/passport and transit screening. We still made it back to the gate in time to board and leave by departure time. We then waited for passengers from another connecting flight to arrive and board so we then left about 30 minutes late. Then the air conditioning was broken to we fumed in 90 degree heat all the way to St. Petersburg."
Pros: "I’m 6’4 and had enough space, which was nice. Surprisingly tasty sandwiches served, as well water, juice, soda, tee and coffee- all included in the ticket price."

Cons: "They changed the time of the flight from 7:50 to 10:50 and then we didn’t end up departing until 11:15 so we arrived 3.5 hrs after I had initially planned."

From the hidden fees to the made up regulations where they try to charge 10-50 euros for CARRY ON BAGGAGE to the inefficient way in which they move you through the system to the 2.5 hr delay causing us to miss our connection because of "PERSONAL REASONS" according to our pilot (even though the plane landed on time and just sat on the tarmac)"
Cons: "COnnected from an international flight coming from philly. Due to customs we made it to our plane 30 Minutes before departure (8:52 for a 9:30 departure we were at the gate looking at our plane). Half the reason we were delayed is because not only did we have to pick up our bags and clear customs but we then had to recheck them, not a problem except for the fact that NO BODY WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER. So Frankfurt airport was gracious enough to let us back through customs with our checked bags (after collecting them in baggage claim). When we showed up they wouldn't let us on the plane and charged us 350 dollar rebooking fee to leave the next day at 3 pm. it only gets worse as no one helped us to rebook, we had to call a number then then had us write an email to the company. I am still beside my self on how terrible of an experience this was as we had to do all of this calling from the Frankfurt airport because no one would help us in person (using skype)."
Pros: "It was nice to serve food on such a short flight. The plane was tiny, and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "We paid full price for the flight, but we parked in Frankfurt at some very distant lot, no jetway, so far away from the terminal that there was only a cargo plane nearby. Even the budget airlines were parked closer. At these ticket prices, Air Moldova could park at the terminal and provide jetway disembarkation."

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.
Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.
It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.
4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.

Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.

Cons: "Never in my life have I seen a plane where half the passengers were under the age of 10. So many screaming babies, kids kicking the seats, and running around the isle! I seriously thought the plane was going to a convention of mothers. I asked a pilot what was going on, he said "it's the airline." This left me puzzled, but I figured it out. The airline is from Moldova. When I sat through a 6 hour layover there because the airline canceled my connecting flight, it became apparent that the entire airport was filled with infants and toddlers. There were many stations and rooms dedicated for child care, as well. So it appears that there is a very high birth rate in Moldova. Good for them! But bad for anyone making a connection in Moldova. It's technically not even a fault of the airline. But I certainly will try to avoid it in the future and buy the more expensive direct flights."
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
